Qué información se trata

Al visitar el sitio: el proveedor de alojamiento puede generar registros técnicos necesarios para entregar y proteger las páginas, como la dirección IP, fecha y hora, página solicitada e información del navegador. El sitio usará Hostinger como alojamiento al publicarse; el alcance, ubicación y periodo de esos registros dependen de la configuración del servicio y de sus políticas.

Si escribes por correo: recibimos la dirección desde la que escribes y cualquier dato, contenido o archivo adjunto que incluyas voluntariamente.

Para qué se usa

Los registros técnicos se usan para que el sitio funcione y para prevenir o investigar fallos y accesos abusivos. Los mensajes se usan para responder consultas, valorar propuestas y dar seguimiento a la relación que solicites. Si una obligación legal requiere conservar o compartir información, se tratará para atenderla.

Proveedores y enlaces externos

Al publicar el sitio, Hostinger proporcionará el alojamiento; revisa su política de privacidad para conocer el tratamiento que realiza como proveedor. Los mensajes se entregan y conservan a través de los proveedores de correo que intervengan en la cuenta remitente y en hola@moedralabs.com. Estos proveedores pueden procesar datos en los países donde operan sus sistemas; consulta sus políticas para conocer sus prácticas, ubicaciones y periodos de conservación. No vendemos los datos recibidos por este medio.

Los enlaces a Aldira y a otros sitios abren servicios de terceros que tienen sus propias políticas de privacidad.

Conservación y seguridad

Los mensajes se conservan mientras sean necesarios para responder y dar seguimiento, y después se eliminan cuando ya no exista una razón comercial o legal para conservarlos. Los registros técnicos del servidor se rigen por los periodos y controles del proveedor de alojamiento. Aplicamos medidas razonables para limitar el acceso a los mensajes y proteger la información bajo nuestro control.

Tus derechos

Puedes solicitar acceso, rectificación, cancelación, oposición, portabilidad, olvido o limitación del tratamiento de tus datos, según corresponda. Escribe a hola@moedralabs.com e indica qué solicitud deseas hacer. Podemos pedir información razonable para confirmar que eres titular de los datos antes de atenderla.

Information processed

When you visit: the hosting provider may generate technical logs needed to deliver and protect the pages, such as your IP address, date and time, requested page, and browser information. This website will use Hostinger for hosting when published; the scope, location, and retention of these logs depend on the service configuration and its policies.

If you email us: we receive the address you write from and any information, message content, or attachments you choose to include.

How information is used

Technical logs help the site operate and help prevent or investigate faults and abusive access. Email messages are used to respond to inquiries, consider proposals, and follow up on the relationship you request. Information may be retained or shared when required to meet a legal obligation.

Providers and external links

When the site is published, Hostinger will provide hosting; see its Privacy Policy for its processing as a provider. Messages are delivered and stored through the email providers involved in the sender’s account and hola@moedralabs.com. These providers may process data in countries where their systems operate; consult their policies for their practices, locations, and retention periods. We do not sell information received through email.

Links to Aldira and other sites lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies.

Retention and security

Messages are kept while needed to respond and follow up, then deleted when there is no remaining business or legal reason to retain them. Server logs are subject to the retention periods and controls of the hosting provider. We use reasonable measures to limit access to messages and protect information under our control.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, erasure, or restriction of processing, as applicable. Email hola@moedralabs.com and tell us what you are requesting. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm that you are the data subject before responding.
